LifePlate

Deana & Christopher Young

LifePlate began a year ago as a whole-food, plant-based prepared meal and delivery company. We exist to influence people toward nutritious plant-based eating. This is done by providing ready-to-eat meal delivery, plant-based nutrition education, and training experiences.

Next up for LifePlate is raising capital for operational and business expenses and hiring and training additional support and production staff. They are also working to increase awareness of product offerings throughout the DFW metroplex and will be locating an exclusive space for food production and customer pick-ups.

Catering Done Wisely

Shanay Wise

The goal of Catering Done Wisely is to contribute a healthy farm to table menu to compliment any special event. Catering Done Wisely caters to the mind, body and soul.

Shanay Wise established Catering Done Wisely in 2008 to pay homage to her grandmother who inspired her to cook and bake. She would like to one day open an eatery in South Dallas, offering a healthy breakfast, brunch and lunch, free hospitality training, and a resource for community members that need help with the daily struggles of living in poverty. Her Farm Fresh product line is being sold on her website and at SouthPoint community market. In the future, she would also like to have her Farm Fresh product line offered in HEB!

Cultivators Enterprises

Jamal Roberson

Jamal Roberson began Cultivators Enterprises in 2017 to provide reliable and affordable debris removal for commercial industries and property investors, saving them time and money by keeping them on schedule. In each phase of the project: framing, sheet rock, siding, rough cleans and makeready’s, they can provide any debris clean up needs. They also offer demolition, construction site cleaning and material delivery.

Their goal is to want to be a one stop shop for their clients when it comes to keeping their construction site clean and looking professional! The next phase for Cultivators Enterprises will be purchasing a mini skid steer, commercial standard dumpsters, and Porta potties.

Moe’s Delights

Monisha Clifton

When the pandemic caused Monisha Clifton to shift her original business plans, Moe's Delights was created, offering pastries and treats.

Their signature sweet potato pie is a family recipe that has come to be loved by many. Whether it's their mini 3" pies for your next company party or 9" pies for your next family gathering, a dessert made by Moe's Delights is guaranteed to be a hit! Moe’s Delights pies are available for sale in the Southpoint Market.

Next steps for Moe’s Delights are to begin operating in a commercial/manufacturing kitchen, as well as to gain knowledge in operating short term concession stands.
